The compulsory process to use the courts is confirmed again below;
Members MUST book their court online via our website.
If the court booking is not required for any reason it MUST be cancelled.
Tennis players MUST sign in via the Ministry of Health's NZ Covid Tracer QR code poster which is displayed on every gate and in the office window.
Please refer to the comprehensive guidelines for all coaching participants detailed in grey below.
Health & Safety rules to comply with while WELTC is in Alert Level 2;
Stay home if you or members of your household are unwell. You must not participate in physical activity (or leave home) if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, awaiting a test result, or required to self-isolate.
No congregating outside the clubhouse or court gates as gatherings are limited to 10 people.
The clubhouse will remain closed and access will be limited due to cleaning, hygiene and physical distancing requirements.
Courts are restricted with opening hours from 7am to 6pm every day except Wednesday, when we will close at 8.30pm to accommodate the drills and ladder.
Access will be through the gate closest to the court you have booked and your security card is required to release the gates.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and leave the courts.
Please use your own tennis rackets, balls and personal water bottles.
Please adopt physical distancing of two metres.
Any children playing tennis need to be supervised by an adult.
Pets must remain at home and cannot be tied up outside the courts.
Floodlights can only be switched on and off by a senior member of the coaching team or Committee member.
The hitting wall is open, but we ask all users to keep 2 metres apart and be patient while others are using it.
